Over 50% Of Users Expect Tablet PC Increases Three Functions

The domestic market research firm shows that the Tablet PC has been favored by the ordinary consumers to surf the web and its leisure and entertainment features. However, more than 50% of users think that Tablet PC should improve at speed, camera and office areas.
The research data show that China's Internet users using the Tablet PC to surf the Web and its leisure and entertainment functions are more active. The top three frequently used functions are "surf the Web," "watch video" and "playing games". The proportions of users are 76.9%, 72.0% and 66.0% respectively. Compared to surfing the Internet and entertainment, the Tablet PC users that often use the office is relatively low. It is only 51.8%.
The Tablet PC users are more interested in leisure behavior. On the one hand, the Tablet PC's characteristic of having no mouse and keyboard determines its poor performance of creating information and office performance. Its features of good touch experience, the larger screen and portability provide a good support for consumer information, watching videos, playing games and other entertainment. On the other hand, software specifically for the Tablet PC entertainment accounted for a large proportion. The users will use the time of fragmentation to meet the entertainment needs.
Although the entertainment applications are popular, the users have a growing demand beside the entertainment function. The research data show that users hope Tablet PC can provide more enhanced features. 59.7% of the Tablet PC users want to run faster. 52.6% of the Tablet PC users want to increase the camera pixels. 51.3% of the Tablet PC users want to enhance the function of office software.
In addition, there are about 50% of those surveyed expect the Tablet PC has the following functions: support multi-format (documents, videos, etc.), USB interface, the implementation of multi-tasking capabilities and other electronic devices can be synchronized. The survey also showed that only 7.5% of users think that now the functionality of Tablet PC has been able to meet their needs.
Compared with the traditional notebook computer, Tablet PC pays more attention to user needs and user experience. It enhanced the application of content, expanded the range of applications and changed the consumption patterns of traditional entertainment and even commercial applications. This deep integration with the application makes the Tablet PC more diversity in industrial design and imagination. However, more than 50% of users think that Tablet PC should improve at speed, camera and office areas.
